The event occurred at Ecali Club, where Phoenicia Fereos Hellas launched 5 Habanos Cuban Cigars. It was the first time Aficionados & Afiocionadas accompanied their cigars with bourbon, especially with the Blanton’s First Single Barrel Bourbon in the world.
Belma was responsible for marketing activities such as:
- Create & organize a unique gift bag (including different presents with brand logo) for 200 VIP guests.
- Design and create offline branding assets for the night (menu catalogs, etc)
- Design online materials such as product videos
- Photography
- Social Media presence (trailers before the event, posts, and stories during and after the event)
Lastly, coordinating all the different suppliers for the event offered our client a free-stress organization
