Conference Curation Event Design Visual Identity Production For the Association of Cypriots Professionals in Greece (ACPG), the co-organizer of the “Cyprus – Greece High Technology & Innovation Conference”, we led complete curation and
on-site management of the event.
The conference was primarily organized by the Cyprus Trade Center – the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Athens – with the support of additional co-organizers from both Greece and Cyprus.
Our team designed and produced all event visuals, including venue signage for organizers and sponsors, and invitation materials for guests. We managed sponsor communications and ensured alignment with event identity and visibility.
We handled venue setup, overseeing every detail to ensure the overall experience and flow. During the conference, we managed and monitored the execution, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Additionally, we documented the event through professional photography and video production, capturing key moments and creating content for future communication. Finally, we managed post-event communication, including writing and sending thank-you letters to sponsors, speakers, co-organizers, and partners, ensuring a consistent, professional close to the event.
